Nick Whites is a passionate educator with over a decade of experience designing and facilitating authentic learning experiences across diverse settings, from outdoor and museum education to experiential classroom teaching. They have developed programs, conducted educational reviews, and provided training for organizations including the National Parks Service, U.S. Forest Service, and Vermont State Parks. Nick has also taught at local institutions such as Danville School, Maplehill School and Farm, Southern Oregon University, and the WonderLab Museum. They bring expertise in program development, experiential and community-based learning, and adventure learning de sign. Olivia Palaschak is a professional outdoor guide and experiential educator, with over nine years of experience working with organizations to create engaging, practical, and data-driven community-based strategic plans. Drawing on her education and extensive professional experience, which includes serving as the general manager of an Orvis endorsed fly fishing lodge, a lead ski patroller, and a multi-day whitewater raft guide, Olivia brings deep expertise in risk management, operational strategies, and fiscal feasibility to the team. Her emphasis on stakeholder engagement, practical solution development, and commitment to excellence equips her to deliver meaningful plans that will not become just another piece of data.
